Newly renovated rooms are an additional $10 + tax per night for all room types available. Children under the age of 16 stay free when accompanied by and adult or guardian. $10 surcharge for each third and fourth adult occupying a room.  Maximum occupancy is 4 adults per room.

Room Rates:

• Standard King or Two Beds - $239 + tax

Upgrades:

• Pool View - $272 + tax
• Courtyard Suite - $383 + tax
• Gulf Front - $319 + tax

Room reservations will be accepted on a space and rate available basis.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a current valid credit card number or an advance payment deposit equal to one night’s room & tax required within 10 days after the reservation is made, or it will be cancelled.  Hotel rooms are reserved on a first come, first served basis.

PLEASE NOTE!

The Perdido Beach Resort enforces a 72 hour advance cancellation policy.  Room reservations cancelled within 72 hours of arrival will be charged one night’s lodging & tax. Room reservations cancelled or altered 72 hours prior to arrival will be charged a minimum of one night’s lodging and tax.

The Perdido Beach Resort enforces their early departure fee policy.  Early departure fee is 50% of one night’s room & tax.  Confirm your check out date upon check-in to avoid this fee.
