The Financial Committee of the Association shall be made up of the Executive Committee. After the June 30 financial statement has been fully completed, the Financial Committee shall meet for purposes of drawing up a comprehensive budgeting plan of work to enable a complete budget to be presented to the Board of Directors at the Annual Board of Directors Meeting.

The Finance Committee shall annually review property insurance, casualty insurance, and liability insurance on the building and furnishings owned by the Association.
