Gina Grant is the General Manager of James Grant Realty in Dothan, Alabama.  Gina is very active as a REALTOR® at the local, state and national levels.  Locally Gina served as the 2009 WCR President for the Dothan and Wiregrass Chapter and was WCR President for the Dothan and Wiregrass areas in 2007 and 2008. She was instrumental in starting WCR in the Dothan and Wiregrass areas. Gina’s other local service includes the following:  2005 President of the Dothan Area Association of REALTORS®; Chair of the Financial Committee in 2005; Chair of Long Range Planning from 2002-2005; Chair of Governmental and Political Affairs Committee in 2004; Chair of local ARPAC from 1998-2002; Member of the Building Task Force from 2004-2006; Member of the Bylaws Task Force from 2005-2006; Director of the Multiple Listing Service from 1992-1993; Chair of Young Council of REALTORS® in 1991, and other committees. While serving on numerous committees Gina also served as a local director of the Dothan Area Association of REALTORS® for many of the years she has worked in real estate. She was selected as the Dothan Association’s REALTOR® of the Year in 2002 and is a past recipient of the President’s Choice Award.

Gina is currently starting her 15th year on the Dothan Zoning Board of Adjustments.  She has been the Vice Chair of this Board since 2003.  She has also been on the Board of Directors for the Dothan and Wiregrass Homebuilders Association.  She chaired the Membership Committee for 6 years and won the President’s Award several times.

Gina is the 2013 Immediate Past President for the Alabama Association of REALTORS®.  She served on the AAR Executive Committee in 2012 as President, 2011 as President-Elect, 2010 as Treasurer, in 2009 as Secretary and in 2007 as the Central Regional Vice President.  She was also Chair of the 2010 AAR Finance Committee and Vice Chair of the 2010 AAR Governmental and Political Affairs Committee. She has been a member of the AAR Board of Directors for 9 years and has served on various state committees and task forces. In the past Grant has served AAR as Chair of the Awards Selection Task Force, the Information and Member Services Revitalization Task Force, the Planning Committee and the Convention Program Advisory Group.  She has served on many other committees and task forces such as Governmental and Political Affairs, Nominating Committee, Education Trustees, Auburn Education Fair, and various others.  Gina is also a proud graduate of the Leadership AAR Class of 2005 and served as a Leadership AAR Trustee for the Class of 2006.

Gina has served as a member on the Membership Policy and Board Jurisdiction Committee of the National Association of REALTORS® from 2007 – 2012.  She also served on the Small Board Committee in 2004, is a member of WCR and has attended many NAR Mid-year Conferences and National Conventions.

Gina is very active within her community.  She served for many years on the March of Dimes Board of Directors, Chaired the first Bikers for Babies Fundraiser in Dothan and graduated from Wiregrass Leadership.  She has served on several committees with the Chamber of Commerce. She also enjoys helping raise money for various charitable organizations.
