The Alabama Real Estate Commission met on Thursday, April 20th of last week at 9:00am. Pat Anderson gave the Executive Director’s report to the Real Estate Commissioners. In the report, Hattie Thomas, staff accountant and property manager at the Real Estate Commission, was acknowledged for her exemplary work and perfect score in a recent property audit report by state Auditor Jim Zeigler on Real Estate Commission assets.

Commissioners received a legislative update on issues of interest from the Real Estate Commission. The meeting then went into hearings on alleged license law violations and other license law compliance matters.
