Meet Brian

Brian Copeland is the founder and CEO of Doorbell Real Estate in Nashville, Tennessee. He has appeared on numerous HGTV and The Learning Channel television shows and served as one of Facebook’s Global Community Leadership Council members. He has been one of the most sought after real estate speakers and consultants in the country, emceeing and keynoting some of the largest conferences in the industry. He has earned spots on T3’s Social Influencers Power List and Inman’s Most Influential List. He has represented Facebook on stage 
at their Marketing Week Executives’ Meeting in New York City and at the CMX Summit in Los Angeles. Brian not only a sales leader and industry influencer, he gives tirelessly in 
the REALTOR leadership arena. In 2019, he served as the Vice President for Association of Affairs for the National Association of REALTORS. He was the 2017 President of Tennessee REALTORS and was Nashville’s REALTOR of the Year in 2011. Brian founded and runs one of the largest technology camps in the nation each Spring in Nashville, attracting more than 1500 real estate professionals from 30 states and three continents. Brian and his spouse live with their two children on a farm where they raise cows, goats, chickens, and alpacas.

Jorge Guerra

Meet Jorge

Born in the boom and raised in the crash, Jorge L. Guerra Jr. has been recognized as a forward-thinking real estate expert as it pertains to digital marketing, serving as a keynote speaker at a number of national and international high-profile industry events. Guerra delivers a fast-paced snap-shot with a blend of humorous anecdotes and solid selling principles that reflects the accelerated industry in which we work and live in today.

A dynamic industry thought leader. Since launching his brokerage firm Real Estate Sales Force (RESF) 15 years ago, his company has grown significantly with four offices throughout South Florida and over 500 agents. A real estate expert and international keynote speaker, Guerra knew that it was no longer about curb appeal, but rather web appeal. Through the marriage between digital marketing and real estate, Guerra's uber-successful firm and strategic vision catapulted him into success. Most recently, he was named the 2020 Chairman of the Miami Association of Realtors, the largest real estate association in the nation, and the 2021 Global Liaison of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Meet Marki

Marki Lemons Ryhal is a licensed Managing Broker, REALTOR®, avid volunteer, Major Donor, and International Best Selling Author of The Modern Real Estate Professionals Guide to Success. In 2019 Marki was nominated as an RISMedia’s Real Estate Newsmaker and inducted into the REBAC Hall of Fame.

Marki Lemons-Ryhal is dedicated to all things real estate. With 30 years of marketing experience, Marki has taught over 500,000 people (face-to-face and virtually) how to earn up to a 2682% return on their marketing dollars.

Maura Neill

Meet Maura

Maura Neill (ABR, AHWD, CRS, e-PRO, MRP, PSA, MA) is a second-generation REALTOR® who combines her love for the industry with her passion for education. Before getting into the real estate business in 2001, Maura taught at Florida State University and University of Phoenix. She is an active agent with RE/MAX Around Atlanta, leading her team and representing buyers and sellers on a day-to-day basis. She considers education – both of clients and of other real estate professionals – an important part of her role as a REALTOR®.

Maura is a national real estate presenter and a sought-after speaker for leadership training. In 2021, she was a member of the NAR Leadership Team, serving as President Charlie Oppler’s Public and Federal Issues Liaison. Policy, RPAC, and advocacy are a strong focus in her business and work as a REALTOR® volunteer; she is involved on the national, state, and local levels. Peer recognitions include the 2020 CRS National President’s Award and the 2015 Atlanta REALTOR® of the Year. Maura is a 2016 graduate of the NAR Leadership Academy, a Platinum R RPAC investor, a member of RPAC President’s Circle, and was honored at the $50k level of the NAR RPAC Hall of Fame in 2022. Maura lives in Sandy Springs, Georgia, with her husband Ben, their Beagles Charlie, Jarvis, and Bebe.

Kenny Parcell

Meet Kenny

Kenny Parcell (ABR®, AHWD, CRS, C2EX), a REALTOR® from Spanish Fork, Utah, is the 2022 President-elect of the National Association of REALTORS®.

Kenny is broker/owner of Equity Real Estate Utah and has sold more than 3,000 homes during his 24-year career.

At the national level, Kenny served as NAR’s Vice President of Government Affairs in 2018. He was the REALTOR® Party RPAC Fundraising Liaison in 2017, Regional Vice President for Region 11 (Arizona, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico, Utah, Wyoming) in 2016, and REALTOR® Party Director in 2015. Kenny was also the REALTOR® Party Member Involvement Liaison in 2013 and the Information, Communication, and Business Development Liaison in 2012.

In addition, Kenny has served several years on the NAR Board of Directors as well as on the Executive Committee, Finance Committee, Reserves Investment Advisory Board, and the Strategic Thinking Advisory Committee.

The Utah Association of REALTORS® (UAR) elected Kenny as president in 2011 and named him REALTOR® of the Year in 2013.

Kenny served as president of the Utah County Association of REALTORS® (UCAR) in 2008. UCAR named him REALTOR® of the Year in 2006.

REALTOR® Magazine named him as one of its 30 under 30 in 2001.

After serving a two-year mission with the Church of Latter-Day Saints in Tennessee, Kenny returned to play football for Brigham Young University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in business in 1998.

Kenny and his wife, Heather, have four children: Kelsey, Cade, McKell, and Wyatt.

Sloane Rhoden

Meet Sloane

Sloane Rhoden, a Birmingham resident and native, is a REALTOR® with RealtySouth.

Sloane selects attributes and characteristics from her previous jobs in retail, mortgage and appraisal to create her specific voice and curate an experience for her clients. She believes in story-telling and the impact of video, practices these beliefs, and teaches classes on video for REALTORs® region-wide.

Sloane is currently serving on the Birmingham Association of Realtor’s Board of Directors and is the Jefferson/Shelby/Blount Regional Vice President with Alabama Realtors. She has served as a local committee chair (Professional Development & Young Professionals Network), Alabama Realtors Board of Director, NAR Committees, and is a 2018 Graduate of the BAR Leadership Academy.

In Sloane’s spare time, you will find her cooking, gardening, practicing yoga or as a patron of the local Birmingham fare Sloane received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Alabama in Finance & Marketing and has been a REALTOR® member since 2013.
