
Bo Evans was born and raised in Prattville, Alabama where he has been the Broker/Owner of Bo Evans Realty since 1995. Bo has earned the ABR, CRB, CRS, GRI, RENE, RSHS and SRS designations and certifications, in addition he is a Certified Real Estate Instructor and has attended NINJA Leadership in Fort Collins, CO. Bo has served in the Board of Directors for the Montgomery Area Association of REALTORS® and has served on the Education, Grievance and Professional Standards committees. Currently he serve as Treasurer for MAAR. Bo is active in the Prattville Chamber of Commerce and has served on a number of boards and committees in the community.
Bo teaches a wide variety of classes including pre and post license classes, Risk Management, Property Management and RSHS and ABR designation classes. He was honored to be included in the Alabama GRI faculty for 2020-2021. His courses include a mix of humor, story telling, entertainment and enlightenment.
Bo lives in Prattville with his wife, Punkin who is also a real estate broker. They have one son, Bryant who also holds an Alabama broker’s license. Bo is a graduate of the University of Alabama and holds a Masters degree from Auburn University.

Shulanda Franks, is the Qualifying Broker of IXL Real Estate North Central in Mobile. She has been with IXL Real Estate since 2020 and in the Real Estate industry since 1998. Shulanda, provides stellar services to both real property buyers and sellers along the Gulf Coast by bringing a high level of resourcefulness to each transaction. She is highly qualified to handle both residential and commercial Real Estate transactions. Shulanda, has proven herself as a leader in both the Real Estate industry and the community. In 2018, she graduated from Leadership-AAR (Alabama Association of REALTORS®), the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute in addition to earning the certification to teach Real Estate courses in Alabama and as a Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI). Shulanda, has also attained the distinguished title of Dr. Shulanda Franks, from the University of Southern Mississippi by earning a Ph.D. in Education and Psychology, in 2015.
Shannon attended Fairhope High School, then graduated from the University of Alabama with a major in Advertising and a Marketing minor. After a successful career in pharmaceutical and advertising sales, Shannon made her dream of selling real estate come true in 2012. She served as the Chair for the REALTOR® Political Action Committee for the Baldwin County Association of REALTORS® for 2015-16 and 2016-17, and was a nominee for REALTOR® of the Year in 2017 and 2019. Shannon is a graduate of the 20018 Alabama Association of REALTORS® Leadership class, a 2019 AAR Professionalism Trustee and serves on the 2019 AAR Board of Directors. She was recently elected to the 2020 AAR Board of Directors and earned her Graduate, REALTOR® Institute and Accredited Buyers Representative designations. She is a Dave Ramsey Endorsed Local Provider and Zillow Premiere Agent.
Shannon is a passionate advocate for homeless, neglected and abused animals. She is instrumental in the annual production of the Mystic Mutts of Revelry parade that benefits the Haven for Animals each year and is serving as Chairperson for the 2019 & 2020 Mystic Mutts of Revelry parade, the Haven's largest fundraiser of the year. She is also one of the founding witches of the Fairhope Witches Ride, whose proceeds benefit local animal charities. In 2019, Hesse was appointed by County Commissioner, Billy Jo Underwood, to the Baldwin County Animal Advisory Board that advises the Baldwin County Commission regarding the county animal shelter.
Shannon and her family are members of Fairhope United Methodist Church, where she is involved in youth missions and is the 2019 Stewardship chairperson and 2018 co-chair of the Stewardship Committee and 2020 Chair.
Shannon has been married to Andrew Hesse since 1999 and has twin daughters that attend Fairhope High School. Rescue dogs Weezie and Drake round out the Hesse family.

Bob McMillan CRB, CRS, GRI is Broker/Owner of Coldwell Banker McMillan & Associates in Decatur, Alabama. Bob has been a REALTOR® since 1979, was 1997 President of the Alabama Association of REALTORS® and the 1999 REALTOR® of the year for the Alabama Association of REALTORS®. He has been a GRI instructor since 1989 and has taught sessions from Washington state to the Virgin Islands and all points in between.
At the national level, with the National Association of REALTORS®, Bob was the 2002 Regional Vice President for Region 5 and has Chaired of NAR’s Diversity Committee, RPIC Committee, and Commercial Legislative, and Regulatory Committee amongst his numerous committee assignments.

Anne is the Senior Vice-President of Business Development for Roberts Brothers, Inc. and an instructor for the Academy of Real Estate. She specializes in real estate education, consulting, motivational training, and coaching. Anne attended Spring Hill College and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and a Master of Arts in Teaching. She has taught real estate courses in multiple states and is an instructor for the GRI program. She has also taught a variety of designation courses including SFR® and SRES®. Anne assisted in writing the outlines for the Post License course, the 60 Hour Prelicense Broker course, and the Risk Management CE courses for Brokers and Salespersons for the state of Alabama. She has taught at major conferences for AAR and for many local Associations throughout our state.
Anne has served on the Education Advisory Committee for the Alabama Real Estate Commission, as an Professionalism Trustee for AAR, and is a past President of the Alabama Real Estate Educators Association. In 2018, she received the Harriett Isaacson Excellence in Education award. This award is given to honor a REALTOR® professional who follows in Harriett’s footsteps and devotes herself to service in educational excellence at the local, state, and national levels. In 2010, Anne was introduced as a member of the Alabama REALTORS® Hall of Fame and was REALTOR® of the Year for the Mobile Area Association of REALTORS® in 2012. In addition, Anne has served on the Professional Standards and Grievance Committees and on a variety of committees at the both the state and local level.
Anne’s practical real estate experience began over 30 years ago. As a Broker, Anne more than doubled her office gross commission dollars over a 2 ½ year period. She continues to assist agents in growing their business and being outstanding professionals.
Through her teaching, Anne has had the opportunity to connect personally with her students, and she takes great interest in their steps toward success. She loves the challenge of creating the best learning environment possible for her agents. Sloane Rhoden, a Birmingham resident and native, is a REALTOR® with RealtySouth.
Sloane selects attributes and characteristics from her previous jobs in retail, mortgage and appraisal to create her specific voice and curate an experience for her clients. She believes in story-telling and the impact of video, practices these beliefs, and teaches classes on video for REALTORs® region-wide.
Sloane is currently serving on the Birmingham Association of Realtor’s Board of Directors and is the Jefferson/Shelby/Blount Regional Vice President with Alabama Realtors. She has served as a local committee chair (Professional Development & Young Professionals Network), Alabama Realtors Board of Director, NAR Committees, and is a 2018 Graduate of the BAR Leadership Academy.

Brenda M. Wallace is a REALTOR® and Certified Real Estate Instructor through Alabama Real Estate Educators Association, and a member of Real Estate Educators of America. She is an Alabama Real Estate Commission Pre-License/Post License Instructor and teaches through ACADEMY OF REAL ESTATE and BALDWIN REALTORS, INC. Real Estate School. Brenda Meadows Wallace is an experienced Management Consultant and Corporate Trainer, who served a four state Region of CENTURY 21, a leading International Real Estate Franchisor. Brenda completed their Management, Commercial/Investment, Relocation, Relocation Director, Residential Financing, and Residential Specialist training series. She taught the Residential Specialist, Relocation and Relocation Director’s Courses, Residential Financing, and wrote and taught quarterly Agent Skill Improvement classes, in addition to holding Career Recruitment, Investment and Award Events.
Prior to entering Real Estate, Brenda was a founding Branch Manager for OLSTEN PERSONNEL SERVICES, a New York based Fortune 500 Company, and worked in Nonprofit Publishing and Events.
Wayland Elliott is Vice-President of Eddleman Properties, Inc., a master plan developer in Birmingham, Alabama. With 46 years in the business and over 550 million in sales volume and 3377+ closed transactions, Wayland continues to sell on a day-to-day basis. A recovering football coach Wayland has a rare blend of humor and real-world experiences and is a frequent speaker at industry conventions and training seminars. He has been honored as the Top Producer of the Birmingham Association of Realtors numerous times, Sales Associate of the Year, Birmingham Realtor of the Year, and Alabama Realtor of the Year. Wayland was Alabama’s top producer in new home sales for 15 years or more. The National Sales and Marketing Council named Wayland one of the top 5 salespeople in the United States on three occasions. As a professional Realtor, Wayland holds the GRI, CRS, SRS, MIRM, and CSP designations and is a faculty member of the National Association of Home Builder’s University of Housing.

Ursula Stallworth is the Managing Broker/Owner of Walter-James Realty Firm LLC, in Mobile, Alabama. Ursula has been in the real estate industry since 2005. She formed Walter-James Realty Firm LLC in March 2017. In 2018, she became licensed as a real estate instructor and formed the Walter-James School of Real Estate LLC. In 2019, Ursula completed her Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and in May 2020 she received the Certified Distance Education Instructor (CDEI). Ursula has earned the CRB, AHWD and the SRS certifications to assist her in understanding the needs of consumers while achieving their goals of home ownership. In addition, Ursula has served at the local board as grievance chair and assisted on the education committee. Since 2010, Ursula, family and friends have managed T.R.A.C.E. (Together Reaching Above Community Expectations) a non-profit formed with a mission of increasing the social outlook for citizens in the community. Tom Gannaway became a real estate licensee in 2000 and currently holds a broker license in Alabama and Florida, and a real estate instructor license in Alabama. Presently Tom is the school Administrator and an Instructor at the Capital Real Estate School in Montgomery, AL and Qualifying Broker and Managing Member of OurTown Realty, LLC. Tom teaches Pre-Post License courses, CE, and previously in 2016-2018 GRI courses. Tom obtained his B.A. from Florida Southern College, M.A. from The University of Georgia, and an Ed.D. from Auburn University. Tom’s professional experience prior to real estate includes graduate instruction at Syracuse University, The University of Georgia, and Auburn University, multi-national corporate management and sales training, and non-profit foundation management. Tom is a native of Florida and has lived from Rochester, NY to Havana, Cuba. He is married to Donna Marietta and they have a blended family of five adult children, 11 grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
