Statewide Membership
February has shown growth with statewide REALTOR® membership reaching 18,577[1], an increase of 152 members, a 0.82% increase since the end of February last year.
Overall year-over-year membership experienced growth in February of 2024, with an increase of 185 members, representing a 0.99% increase since the end of February last year. Overall membership remains steady at 18,854[1].
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing a steady increase in membership due to growth at ten out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at three of those boards.

- Baldwin Association: 2.11%
Medium Boards
- Calhoun County Area Board: 4.67%
- Cullman Association: 5.15%
- Lee County: 5.37%
- Marshall County Board: 15.38%
- Morgan County: 1.37%
- Shoals Association: 14.22%
- Southeast Association: 6.27%
Small Boards
- Eufaula Board: 1.89%
- Talladega Board: 28.95%
National Membership
According to the NAR Membership Report, NAR has a total of 1,496,707[2] members. For states in the medium category, Alabama had the fifth highest year-over-year membership growth for a total of 0.12%.
