WANT TO LEARN MORE?
The Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional that has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong skills-based educational foundation. The GRI is one of the best investments a real estate professional can make in their business and future success.
The GRI requires 63 hours to graduate. 51 hours are from our core curriculum, and 12 hours are electives chosen from our approved list.
REALTORS® can get through the core curriculum in 4 total sessions, not including electives. Therefore, this can be done in less than a year, but you have up to 2 years from your first course to complete your GRI.
You can take sessions in any order you want. In addition to your electives, you need a total of 4 core curriculum sessions to graduate as follows: • 2 sessions of “Business Skills”—must take both the session offered at Capitol Conference, Business Skills I, and the session offered at Annual Meeting, Business Skills II • 1 session of “Market Knowledge and Systems & Tools”—offered in Huntsville and Baldwin • 1 session of “Ethics & Legal Considerations”—offered in Birmingham and Mobile
The 4 core sessions needed to graduate will cost $996. You must sign up per session at $249 with late registration at $279 per session. Depending on what electives are chosen to graduate, the total cost could be more.
