The Alabama REALTORS® Foundation provides support to REALTORS® in need - no matter the circumstance life hands you. Below, you'll find just a few of the ways we are here for you.
We know that communities face many challenges after disaster strikes. That's why we have established a disaster relief arm of the Alabama REALTORS® Foundation. We want to offer financial aid, supplies and support to eligible members that will help you begin the process of rebuilding. If you are in need of assistance related to disaster relief efforts, we are here to help.
The Alabama REALTORS® Foundation is accepting applications through January 31, 2021 from REALTORS® and homeowners who suffered losses related to Hurricanes Sally and Zeta.
The relief fund is designed to help offset REALTOR® and homeowner losses not covered by a homeowner policy, other insurance or disaster relief programs. The Alabama REALTORS® Foundation Trustees will evaluate the applications based on need and award grants in February.
The Alabama REALTORS® Foundation Benevolent Fund provides financial assistance to members and their families during temporary periods of financial difficulty due to prolonged illness, catastrophic occurrence, accident, or death. The Benevolent Fund is available to any eligible REALTOR® or family member who is in need and meets the eligibility criteria.
Applications accepted yearly from September 1-December 1.
The Education Scholarship Fund within the Foundation offers educational scholarships to children of active, licensed REALTOR® members. This fund reflects the commitment of the real estate industry to help provide a better quality of life for members throughout the state and their families.
100% of your donation goes to support REALTORS® across Alabama communities.
