Montgomery, Ala. - The Alabama Association of REALTORS® (AAR) named Patti Lambert, member of the Morgan County Association of REALTORS®, the Alabama REALTOR® of the Year at its annual convention in Point Clear, Alabama.

The Alabama REALTOR® of the Year award is given to someone who exhibits outstanding professional, civic and association achievements. Patti has been a REALTOR® member for over 23 years, served as a local association president, chaired and served on committees at the local, state and national level of the REALTOR® organization.  A proven business strategist and award winning REALTOR, Patti is dedicated to the advancement of the industry as well as her community. Having fought to save the PACT program for the children of Alabama her impact reaches far beyond the sphere of the real estate industry. Among the numerous accomplishments, Patti holds a deep commitment to helping her clients find their perfect home. She has a deep commitment for helping others and does whatever she can to make it happen.

Lambert currently serves on the Board of Directors for both the Morgan County Association of REALTORS® and the Alabama Association of REALTORS®. She served as the AAR Northern Region Regional Vice President, and the Governmental & Political Affairs Committee. On the nations level Lambert serves on the Land Use Property Rights and Environment Committee.

Brian Sparks, 2013 Alabama REALTOR® of the Year, from the Birmingham Area Association of REALTORS® presented Lambert the 2015 Alabama REALTOR® of The Year plaque at the AAR Annual Convention held in Point Clear, Alabama.
