Alabama Real Estate Commission Bill Passes the Senate
SB 100, sponsored by Jabo Waggoner (R-Vestavia Hills), passed the Senate Tuesday by a vote of 31-0. This bill was brought forward by the Alabama Real Estate Commission in response to the Supreme Court decision in the North Carolina State Board of Dental Examiners. READ MORE HERE.
