Good morning- I wanted to relay an inquiry we received this morning from the Alabama Center for Real Estate (ACRE) about purchasing or acquiring our state member lists and similar data. I understand several years ago, selling this information and data may have provided a revenue stream of some kind for the Association. In light of developments in data security and privacy concerns the Association updated its policy in this area to better protect our members’ data and privacy.

Member lists and data are used solely for the routine and official business purposes of the Association. We do not sell or provide member lists or member data.
