Alabama REALTORS® President Sid Pugh spoke to the Mortgage Bankers Association of Alabama last week at their installation ceremony. He gave a presentation updating the members on current housing statistics and trends, federal public policy issues affecting both associations, and the new First-Time Homebuyer and Second Chance Savings Account program coming to Alabama next year. Nearly 300 members of the Mortgage Bankers Association were in attendance.
