Alabama REALTORS® recognized outstanding members and the new Executive Committee at the Annual Awards Celebration & Installation on Sunday, October 20 in Montgomery. The sold-out event welcomed over 300 people from across the state to honor those members who have gone above and beyond in their career and community and also witness the inauguration of new leadership.

Following the dinner, attendees enjoyed The Andrews Brothers Dueling Pianos at The Capital City Club overlooking downtown Montgomery. Members were able to bid on songs with the proceeds benefitting the new Alabama REALTORS® Foundation! Proceeds from the ticket sales for the Annual Awards Celebration and Installation will also go towards the Foundation. 

Alabama REALTORS® also hosted a General Session on Monday, October 21 with several speakers covering an array of topics relating to the real estate industry and best business practices. 

Speakers included Vince Malta, 2019 NAR President-Elect; Brian Powell, Director of the Strengthen Alabama Homes Program; Ken Boswell, Director of the Alabama Department of Economic and Community Affairs; Lisa Scoble, Vice President of Program Business at Pearl Insurance; and Chad Singleterry and Robert Miller, both partners at Carr, Riggs, and Ingram accounting firm.
