Statewide Membership
Year over year growth continued in July of 2022 with statewide membership currently at 19,354¹, which is up 1,032 members, a 5.63% increase since the end of July last year.
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® saw a steady increase in membership this month due to growth at twenty out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at four of those boards.
Large Boards
- Huntsville Area Association: 9.03%
- Baldwin County Association: 8.49%
- Montgomery Area Association: 6.71%
- Mobile Area Association: 4.47%
- Birmingham Area Association: 1.92%
Medium Boards
- Wiregrass Board: 16.14%
- Walker Area Association: 15.18%
- East Alabama Board: 11.66%
- Lee County Association: 8.65%
- Morgan County Association: 6.43%
- Shoals Area Association: 5.95%
- Tuscaloosa Association: 5.79%
- Southeast Alabama Association: 5.78%
- Calhoun County Area Board: 5.31%
- Athens-Limestone Association: 4.37%
- Cullman Association: 3.36%
- Lake Martin Area Association: 1.16%
Small Boards
- Talladega Board: 16.67%

National Membership
According to the NAR Membership Report², NAR has a total of 1,582,850 members, which is an addition of 48,842 members for an 3.18% increase from the end of July 2021. For states in the medium category, Alabama had the third highest year over year membership growth for a total of 5.69% and is ranked eighth among all states for year over year membership growth.
