Arthur B. Pope Award Winner: Beth Greika

Beth Greika is committed to continuing education and is the Alabama Association of REALTORS® 2022 recipient of the Arthur B. Pope Education Achievement Award.  An associate broker at Carrie Fitts Real Estate in Tuscaloosa, Greika was nominated by the Tuscaloosa Association of REALTORS.® The award recognizes a member for commitment to and participation in education programs and association activities. 

The award was created by the AAR board in 1984. In 1991, the board named the award in memory of Pope for his tireless advocacy of professional development for REALTORS®. The Mobile REALTOR® and past AAR president will always be known as AAR’s “education president.”  

Nominations for the annual award are submitted by local boards/associations and can be presented to a recipient only once. Participation in designation courses, real estate seminars, education courses, instruction of a real estate subject, and participation in local, state and national association meetings results in points for nominees. Greika earned 237 points for from July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2022.
