Statewide Membership
Year over year growth took a slight decline in April of 2023 with statewide membership currently at 18,540, which is down 392 members, a 2.07% decrease since the end of April last year.
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® saw a steady increase in membership this month at nine out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at three of those boards.
Medium Boards
- Calhoun County Area Board: 4.71%
- Cullman Association: 9.12%
- East Alabama Board: 6.98%
- Marshall County Board: 8.19%
- Tuscaloosa Association: 3.94%
- Walker Area Association: 45.23%
- Wiregrass Board: 2.24%
Small Boards
- Eufaula Board: 17.02%
- Talladega Board: 23.33%
National Membership
According to the NAR Membership Report, NAR has a total of 1,537,418 members. For states in the medium category, Alabama had the sixth highest year over year membership growth for a total of 0.98%.
