Dear 2024 AAR Board of Directors,

I hope this letter finds you well and enjoying the warmer spring weather. It was great to see many of you at REALTOR® Day last month. It is hard to believe March is here. The 2024 Regular Legislative Session is already at the halfway point; the legislature has worked at very fast pace so far this year. And we all received the unexpected news yesterday that NAR has agreed to settle the primary class action lawsuits. 

We are writing to request you please save the date for our next AAR Board of Directors Meeting on Wednesday, May 1, 2024, at 10:00am at the Alabama Association of REALTORS® Building at 522 Washington Avenue, Montgomery, AL. Sign-in will begin at 9:30am.

The purpose of the meeting will be to receive the 2023 annual audit; discuss economic trends affecting our members’ businesses; update on pending Legal challenges; update the board on pending Association projects; get feedback on future Association business; and conduct other Association business. More information will be published closer to time.

Please let us know if you will not attend the Board of Directors meeting. This meeting is for the 2024 AAR Board of Directors. Space and overflow seating will be limited. Parking will be available at the Association’s Parking lot at 502 Washington Avenue. The attire is business casual, and we will have a lunch following the meeting at approximately 12:00pm for the AAR Directors in attendance.
