Dear Association Partners and Local Board Presidents,

The Alabama REALTORS® 2024 Annual Conference registration will open soon! It will take place on October 15-17 at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear. This year’s conference will include our Annual Awards & Installation Celebration, with keynote speaker Joan Lunden, a General Session featuring nationally renowned speakers, broker specific session, a cornhole tournament benefitting the Alabama REALTORS® Foundation, and more.   

We will once again be offering table sponsorships as we have done in the past for the Annual Awards Celebration & Installation (which will take place on Tuesday, October 15). See below for sponsorship details.  

Table Sponsor $3,000: Reserve your spot with priority seating at the Annual Awards Celebration & Installation! Table sponsors will receive tickets to the dinner for a table of 8 for you to enjoy dinner with your selected guests. Sponsor name will be printed on the table sign, dinner presentation, and program. Limited tables available.

Please note that there is limited availability for this level of sponsorship, please let me know ASAP if you’d like to reserve a table. Tables are first come, first served.

Registration for sponsored tables will work the same way we have done it in the past: individuals who are seated at a sponsored table do not need to register online for the Annual Awards Celebration & Installation. We will collect the names of the individuals seated at your table during the sponsorship registration process, and we will check them in at the time of the event. However, if your guests would like to attend anything other than the Annual Awards Celebration & Installation, they will need to register online for those events. 

If you would like to purchase a table, please email me and I will send you the registration link to complete. The deadline to purchase tables is September 27^th or until tables run out. All names for all tables must be turned in at that time as well. Tickets are nontransferable after the deadline. Tables are first come, first served.
