Statewide Membership
May has shown growth with statewide REALTOR® membership at 18,703, an increase of 122 members, a 0.66% increase since the end of May last year.
Overall year-over-year membership experienced growth in May of 2024, with an increase of 89 members, representing a 0.47% increase since the end of May last year. Overall membership is currently at 18,908.
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at nine out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at three of those boards.
Large Boards
- Baldwin Association: 1.61%
- Huntsville Area Association: 1.91%
Medium Boards
- Lee County: 1.08%
- Marshall County Board: 16.93%
- Morgan County: 2.44%
- Northeast Association: 4.81%
- Shoals Association: 14.83%
- Southeast Association: 5.39%
Small Boards
- Talladega Board: 23.68%
