Statewide Membership
July has shown a decline of 327 members, bringing statewide REALTOR® membership to 18,346, a 1.75% fall since the same period last year. 1
Overall year-over-year membership experienced a decline in July of 2025, with a decrease of 307 members, representing a 1.63% decrease since the end of July last year. Overall membership is currently at 18,579.
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at nine out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at two of those boards.
