Dear Association Executives,

We enjoyed seeing all of you at the AE Retreat and at the NAR Leadership Summit in Chicago last month. We are following up on the discussion about AAR forming an employee benefits company to help lower costs for REALTOR® Association staff across the state. We estimate there are approximately 90 REALTOR® Association staff members in Alabama. By coming together, could we secure health insurance and other benefits at a more competitive rate than we can individually?

The goal would be to accomplish three things: 

• Lower health care and other benefit costs for existing staff.
• Standardize the employee benefits offered to Alabama Association staff.
• Raise the standards of employee benefits for smaller and medium associations.
