Statewide Membership
October has shown an increase, bringing statewide REALTOR® membership to 18,7031. This is an increase of 120 members and of 0.65% since the same period last year.
Overall year-over-year membership experienced a rise in October of 2025, with an increase of 136 members, representing a 0.72% increase since the end of October last year. Overall membership is currently at 18,9411.
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at twelve out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at two of those boards.

Medium Boards
- Athens-Limestone: 2.45%
- Calhoun County: 2.11%
- East Alabama Board: 7.56%
- Lake Martin Area: 19.41%
- Lee County: 6.83%
- Marshall County Board: 4.31%
- Northeast AL Board: 3.61%
- Shoals Association: 9.09%
- Southeast Alabama: 2.74%
Small Boards
- St. Clair Board: 11.54%
- Talladega Board: 5.56%
