Statewide Membership
November has shown an increase, bringing statewide REALTOR® membership to 18,7941. This is an increase of 178 members and of 0.96% since the same period last year.
Overall year-over-year membership experienced an increase in November of 2025, with an increase of 197 members, representing a 1.05% increase since the end of November last year. Overall membership is currently at 19,0331.
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at eleven out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at two of those boards.

- Huntsville Area Board: 1.66%
Medium Boards
- Athens-Limestone: 2.44%
- Calhoun County: 3.19%
- East Alabama Board: 7.51%
- Lake Martin Area: 22.89%
- Lee County: 7.76%
- Marshall County Board: 5.36%
- Northeast AL Board: 6.02%
- Shoals Association: 9.50%
- Southeast Alabama: 3.89%
Small Boards
- St. Clair Board: 22.78%
