We hope the close of 2025 has been prosperous and filled with joy. We are writing to inform you of a change to the release date for 2026 AAR Statewide Legal Forms. 

Beginning in 2026, we will release new and updated AAR Statewide Legal Forms on April 1, 2026 instead of January, to better align with the dues billing calendar.  As you may be aware, AAR membership (and membership in all other levels of the REALTOR® Association) runs April-to-April, rather than following the more traditional calendar year cycle. Moving forward, the release of our Statewide Legal Forms will follow this same April-to-April cycle. We will continue to release new and updated Forms throughout the year as necessary.

Because of this change, AAR’s current 2025 Statewide Legal Forms may continue to be used until March 31, 2026. All AAR Forms now include a statement to this effect. When we release the updated AAR Statewide Legal Forms on April 1, 2026, all use of the 2025 forms must cease, except those forms that are being used in a pending transaction.
