Tammy Klueger: 2025 Arthur B. Pope Education Achievement Award Recipient

Education remains one of the most powerful tools real estate professionals can invest in. From evolving regulations to shifting market conditions, staying informed is essential not only for compliance but for delivering confident, ethical service to consumers.

While continuing education is required for licensure, some REALTORS® embrace learning as a core professional responsibility. Each year, the Arthur B. Pope Education Achievement Award honors one REALTOR® who exemplifies that dedication.

This year’s recipient, Tammy Klueger, has long viewed education as more than a checkbox.

"Education protects the public, strengthens professionalism and elevates the industry as a whole by ensuring agents are informed, ethical and prepared to navigate complex transactions," she said.

Throughout her career, Klueger has made continuing education a priority, using it to refine and stay ahead in today’s complex marketplace. Being aware of legal updates and sharpening her negotiation and marketing strategies has helped her anticipate challenges and serve as a thoughtful, trustworthy steward to those she works with.

This honor holds special meaning for Klueger, whose commitment to lifelong learning has shaped both her professional approach and personal values.

"Education has always been a cornerstone in my life, and to be recognized for that commitment is truly an honor," she said. "This award represents not only personal achievement, but also a shared belief in the power of knowledge to strengthen our profession and better serve our communities."

True to that mindset, Klueger’s 2026 calendar is already filled with sessions and seminars. For Klueger, the award is not just a recognition of past efforts — it’s a reminder of the responsibility REALTORS® carry to continually improve for the benefit of their clients and communities.

"This award reinforces my belief that education is not a requirement — it’s a responsibility," she said. "When real estate professionals commit to lifelong learning, everyone benefits: clients, colleagues and the industry as a whole. I hope this recognition encourages others to embrace education as a powerful tool for growth, leadership, and excellence in real estate."
