January has shown an increase with statewide REALTOR® membership at 17,992¹, an increase of 341 members, a 1.93% increase since the end of January last year. 

Overall year-over-year membership experienced an increase in January of 2026, with an increase of 366 members, representing a 2.05% increase since the end of January last year. Overall membership is currently at 18,244.

Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at fourteen out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at three of those boards.
