Statewide Membership
March has shown an increase with statewide REALTOR® membership at 18,2921, an increase of 521 members, a 2.93% increase since the end of March last year.
Overall year-over-year membership experienced an increase in March of 2026, with an increase of 535 members, representing a 2.98% increase since the end of March last year. Overall membership is currently at 18,515.
Local Membership
Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at thirteen out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at four of those boards.

• Huntsville Area Board: 3.83%
Medium Boards
• Athens-Limestone: 3.77%
• Calhoun County: 7.66%
• Cullman Board: 6.28%
• East Alabama Board: 9.20%
• Lake Martin Area: 33.14%
• Lee County: 10.75%
• Marshall County Board: 4.35%
• Northeast AL Board: 15.16%
• Shoals Association: 6.19%
• Southeast Alabama: 5.53%
• Tuscaloosa Board: 3.28%
Small Boards
• St. Clair Board: 15.38%
