The Alabama REALTORS® Board of Directors met April 30 at the Association’s headquarters in Montgomery for its second meeting of 2026, approving the 2025 Annual Audit and receiving updates on the 2026 Strategic Plan, Legislative Session, and other initiatives impacting members statewide.

 

Key Updates for Members:

  • 2025 Audit Report - The Board approved the 2025 Annual Audit, reflecting the Association’s continued financial stability.
  • Alabama REALTORS® Foundation - The Foundation awarded 34 scholarships during its fifth year. Congratulations to all the student recipients!
  • REALhealth & Wellness Program - Following several years of federal uncertainty surrounding association health plans, Alabama REALTORS® has made a long-term commitment to continue the REALhealth & Wellness Program. This decision reflects careful evaluation and the importance of providing members and their families with stable, reliable healthcare options. Open enrollment is underway through May 15.
  • Legal and Public Policy Report- The Board received a public policy update covering AAR’s priority legislation, the 2026 election cycle, legal developments, the release of updated Legal Forms, and key state and national policy trends.
  • 2026 Annual Conference Announcement- Mark your calendars: the 2026 Alabama REALTORS® Annual Conference will take place October 19–20 at The Grand Hotel in Point Clear. Registration and hotel booking details are expected to open in May.
