April has shown an increase with statewide REALTOR® membership at 18,515¹, an increase of 535 members, a 2.98% increase since the end of April last year. 

Overall year-over-year membership experienced an increase in April of 2026, with an increase of 484 members, representing a 2.66% increase since the end of April last year. Overall membership is currently 18,669.

Alabama REALTORS® is experiencing growth at twelve out of twenty-three boards with double-digit growth at two of those boards.

As of December 2024, NAR is no longer publishing the National Membership Report until further notice.
