Clara Hansen

According to Clara Hansen, her first year of college was marked by personal growth: becoming more confident and believing she can do anything she sets her mind to. With law school on the horizon, this growth will serve her well. Currently studying writing, she approached her major through a unique lens — one that embraces a craft she loves, and that will help her in her career long-term.

"Since there are no prerequisites for law school, I was able to choose a major based on my own interests,” she said. “Writing is something I have always enjoyed, so I chose to study professional and public writing so that I will be prepared for writing in law school while also enjoying my time learning."

Hansen hopes to become a public interest lawyer.  She's on a mission to help those who need it most, and has joined the Women in Law club at Auburn to find community with fellow like-minded women to help her do just that.
