Alabama’s housing market continues to stagnate but positive indicators, such as steadily declining interest and inflation rates, offer strong hope for a rebound in the coming year.

The 2024 Alabama REALTORS® Board of Directors met on Tuesday, December 12 at the Alabama REALTORS® Building in Montgomery for their first meeting of the new year. 

Past Alabama Association of REALTORS® President Morgan Ashurst received the 2023 David D. Roberts Award to recognize his service to AAR, NAR, and his local association.
